Saturday, November 9, 2019

NIU Hoffman Estates, IL

Check-in starts at 8:00 am

Presentations start at 9:00 am

The event runs to approximately 4:30 pm

Join us for an exciting day in which you will learn from the experts and share with the experienced about neurofibromatosis from about the latest progress in NF research, current treatment options, and practical advice for living with NF.

We will once again have iNFo tables with extra information and experts on hand to answer questions while you mill about and learn and share experiences with others.

For more information on the presenters, hotel accommodations and the day in general, please visit nfmidwest.org/event/symposium.

Registration fee includes continental breakfast, buffet lunch and afternoon snack...and of course invaluable information and the chance to meet others.

We are unable to refund any tickets purchased.

We will also be holding a "gathering" on Friday night, we haven't firmed up what that will be, but it will be a time to get together with others who arrived early or live in the area and want to meet.

Financial assistance to attend NF Midwest's Symposium is available. Please email andrea@nfmidwest.org. Include a description of your financial need and how you hope to benefit from attending.
